Volunteer To Lead A Visit

Spring Visits 2012
Visit some of the most beautiful and interesting locations around England, Scotland and Wales. There are visits taking place almost every weekend throughout the year.

Tickets will go on sale at our Oxford Road office from Tuesday 3rd January. Tickets will go on sale at our Salford office from Monday 23rd January.

Please note: On every visit, the coach company (Hayton's Coaches) picks up students from outside the Maxwell Building at Salford University, half an hour before the main pick up at International Society Oxford Road. Times are indicated below.

	Lincoln Xmas Market SOLD OUT Saturday 3rd December 8.30am to 8.00pm (Salford pick up 8.00am) £17 members / £22 non-members / £12 children (aged 4 to 16) Lincoln is one of England's most beautiful Cathedral cities. On the day of the trip, there is Europe's biggest Christmas Market: stalls with Xmas gifts, choirs singing carols, street entertainment and the smell of chesnuts roasting and mulled wine all in the setting of a picturesque cobbled square overlooked by a floodlit 12th century cathedral! 	Keswick Traditional Christmas Fayre SOLD OUT Sunday 4th December 8.30am to 7.300pm (Salford pick up 8.00am) £17 members / £22 non-members / £12 children (aged 4 to 16) Keswick is a pretty market town in North Cumbria with lots to do whether it be a boat ride on the Derwent Water or exploring the town's many shops and museums. Today there will also be the annual traditional Christmas Fayre taking place with lots of different charity stalls and a host of street entertainments. visitcumbria.com and golakes.co.uk

	Chester Zoo Frost Fair SOLD OUT Saturday 10th December 9.00am to 5.00pm (Salford pick up 8.30am) £25 members / £30 non-members / £20 children (aged 3 to 15) (includes entrance ticket to the zoo) Chester Zoo is a great day out! There are over 500 different species of animal to see as well as award winning gardens to explore. So why not come along to see for yourself! Today is extra special as it is the Winter Frost Fair with it's Ice Rink and Frost Fair stalls. Father Christmas will be there too! 	Stratford-upon-Avon SOLD OUT Sunday 11th December 8.00am to 9.00pm (Salford pick up 7.30am) £28 members / £32 non-members / £23 children (aged 5 to 16) (includes entrance to three Shakespeare properties in town) Stratford is most famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare. You will have the chance to visit three of the Shakespeare properties while you are there and also to explore the picturesque town or take a river cruise on the Avon! www.stratford-upon-avon.co.uk

	Boxing Day Sales visit to Chester and Cheshire Oaks Monday 26th December 8.30am to 9.00pm (Salford pick up 8.00am) £15 members / £20 non-members / £10 children (aged 4 to 16) The Winter Sales start today so pick up a bargain or two for yourself at the Cheshire Oaks Retail Outlet where prices are cheaper than normal high shops and prices will be slashed even further today! www.cheshireoaksdesigneroutlet.com
