Visits Policy
|
General Policy Members are welcome to bring their children on visits. All children over three years of age need a seat. Children are not allowed on coach visits unless accompanied by an adult. All coach tours (unless otherwise stated) start and finish at Dover Street, just next to International Society a pick-up point is arranged at Salford University 30 minutes prior to the departure time given on the following pages. Please note that leaders on coaches are voluntters and are not therefore professional tourist guides. It is your responsibility to arrive in time for the departure of the coach. No refund will be available if you are late. |
Day Visit Cancellation and Refunds Please bring your ticket to the office at least one week in advance of the visit taking place if you know that you are unable to go. Please note that ticket money cannot be refunded for visit unless the ticket is resold after we have sold our own tickets. A cancellation charge of £1.00 per ticket is made. Refunds must be collected within 14 days of the visit taking place. Please note that ULC students who are taking the free visits paid for by their course cannot change visits once they are booked. |
Overnight Visit Cancellation and Refunds Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted unless more than two weeks notice is given. A refund can only be given if we are able to resell your place on the visit. A cancellation charge of £5.00 per booking is made. Refunds must be collected within 14 days of the visit taking place. |
